## Summary

The Respondent operates an oil production facility located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 27 North, Range 13 East, Washington County, Oklahoma. On September 20,2002, EPA documented an unauthorized discharge of pollutants, specifically produced waters (brine), to a tributary of Coon Creek from the facility(tank battery)in violation of Section 301 of the Clean Water Act.
