This is a schedule order to replace CWA-06-2002-1351. Respondent was discharging without proper NPDES authorization and the previous order shut them down. This order will allow them to operate in a schedule that will bring them in compliance with the upcoming reissuance of the Region 6 Offshore General Permit (GMG290000).
