A compliance evaluation inspection was conducted 8/15/2002, at which time it was determined that although the operator had applied for and been given permit coverage under the General Permit for Storm Water Discharges From Construction Activities, the SWPPP was deficient in several areas and the inspection reports were deficient. Administration order for compliance CWA-06-2003-1819 was drafted.
