The RFI have concluded that there is sitewide contamination, of soil, groundwater, surface water and sediments.  JCI must propose a final corrective measure to protect human health and the environment from all current and future unacceptable risks due to releases of hazardous waste or hazardous constituents at or from the facilty by February 2004.
