A $1900 citation was issued for the following violations: �280.41(b)(2) � Failure to use line tightness test or use monthly monitoring on suction piping; �280.45 � Failure to maintain records of release detection for tanks 1 & 2; �280.20(c) � Failure to have overfill prevention on tanks; �280.93(a) � Failure to have financial responsibility (i.e., pollution insurance); and �280.45(c) � Failure to maintain leak detection system according to manufacturer�s instructions.
