This expedited consent agreement is issued to Hinze, Inc. for the unlawful discharge of diesel fuel into Sand Creek Canal, a tributary of the Clarks Fork of the Yellowstone River. Respondent states that it has investigated the cause of the spill, cleaned up the spill and taken corrective action to prevent future spills.
