The City of Jacksonville has Sanitary Sewer Overflows (SSOs) in their collection system which they are on a schedule to identify and correct. The Administrative Order is issued to allow some flexibility in choosing the order of the projects which will eliminate the SSOs in the most cost effective and efficient manner, but not extend the final compliance date for the elimination of the overflows of the collection system which was established in a previous Administrative Order.
