Violations: 1. The facility could not locate the storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) during the inspection. 2. Best management practices (BMPs) had been installed but many were failing due to ongoing construction and lack of maintenance. 3. Soil and off site tracking was also noted in the streets.
