This administrative order cited effluent violations for TDS, TSS, and Temperture contained in Table I.A. of its permit. This order gives interim limits and then requires that PRCC comply with effluent limits within 18 months (with potential for 6 month extension) or comply when permit is reissued. This Order also closes out previous Order CWA-02-2001-3041 and requires some additional certifications relative to stormwater controls.
