Respondent distributed the following misbranded pesticides: Advantage 40 for dog less than 4 kg, Advantage 80 for cats 4 kg and over, Advantage 250 For Dogs from 10 kg to less than 25 kg, Advantage 400 for Dogs 25 kg and greater, Advantage 100 for dogs from 4 kg to less than 10 kg, and Advantage 40 For cats less than 4kg. Respondent is hereby ordered NOT to distribute, sell, use, or remove the pesticide products listed.
