Under a Final Administrative Order by Consent, Tilden Farms, Inc., Polk County, Minnesota, has entered into an agreement with The Nature Conservancy and the U.S. EPA to restore 2 acres of wetlands and approximately 78 acres of surrounding habitat. The entire 80 acres will be conveyed to The Nature Conservancy by quit claim deed and managed in perpetuity as part of a 24,000 acre Nature Conservancy area.
