AOC issued for a removal response action. The Site is an access tunnel that contains four abandoned transformers. Each transformer contains 24.5 gallons of polychlorinated biphenyl oil. The Order requires PennDOT to remove and dispose of the transformers. Once completed, this will conclude EPA's enforcement of the removal and disposal of 32 transformers at this location. All 32 transformers will have been removed by PRPs.
