This UAO was issued for Buckeye's failure to comply completely with a 114 Request for Information. The UAO orders Buckeye to conduct testing in accordance with the 114 but also provides additional testing options they could use to comply. This is an ongoing case involving one company with multiple facilities (Croton, Marseilles and Mt. Victory). The UAO does not resolve outstanding issues for PSD and Title V violations.
