## Summary

VIOLATIONS:  The respondent's drilling reserve pit was a  point source  discharge  of  polllutants,  specifically drilling fluids, to the receiving waters of a tributary of Henrietta Creek, located on the Lonzo Medlin lease, Tarrant Conty, Texas.  The dischareg of drilling fluid was documented during a January 22, 2000, Texas Railroad Commission inspection.

RELIEF:  Upon notificatin of the inspection, the Respondent immediately creased the discharge and began a vacuum cleanup effort of the affected tributary.  The Order specifies that the Respondent provide EPA with a report detailing the incident and explaining actions taken to prevent the violations in the future.
