Issued AO for exceedance of nitrate mcl Oct/Dec 2001 and Jan/Mar 2002 monitoring peiord. Owner has drilled another well so the system is now on an alternate water source. The Order will remain in place until new well samples have been taken and well on line for period of time to ensure that well is in compliance with nitrate mcl.
