A storm water compliance inspection was conducted on January 23, 2003 to determine compliance with the General Permit for Storm Water Discharges From Construction Activities. Opus West Construction was the general contractor for Devry University, Houston, TX. It was noted that Opus West Construction had not made application for permit coverage. An administrative order was drafted to address these violations.
