This is a tribal system that is located within reservation boundaries that has violated the total coliform rule; failed to have a sanitary survey; failed to conduct annual monitoring for nitrate and repeat sampling for inorganic chemicals; failed to take repeat samples for volatile organic chemicals; failed to take repeat samples for synthetic organic chemicals; failed to take repeat samples for lead/copper; and has failed to notify the public or EPA of the violations.
