The city of Hillboro is a mucipality chartered in the State of Texas and located in Hill County. The city was issued a TPDES Permit and has had discharges in exceedance of its permitted limits. An Administrative Order is being issued to address the permit violations and to ask for what actions are being taken to bring the facility back into compliance.
