SBER Harbor Point, LLC and Harbor Point Development, LLC propose to purchase the Allied-Signal facility to redevelop it. In exchange, they seek to enter into an Agreement with EPA under which EPA agrees to resolve liability under RCRA 3008(h) & 7003 and CERCLA/106 & 107(a).
