A storm water compliance inspection was conducted 11/14/02 by NMED to evaulate compliance with the Multi-Sector General Permit for Storm Water Activities. During the inspection, it was determined the City was operating under an expired permit and had not applied for coverage under the effective October 30, 2000, permit, and the City had not prepared a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) as required. An administrative order was drafted to address these violations.
