VIOLATIONS: Facility violated effluent limitations fron March 2002 thr November 2002. Deficiencies noted during an inspection dated March 19, 2003.
RELIEF: (a) within 30 days take corrective action; (b) within 30 days submit writtten report on corrective action; (c) if not possible to correct violations with 30 days, submit a comprehensive plan to do so; and (d) the violator should arrange a meeting with EPA within 45 days, to discuss why further enforcement action should not be taken.
