Section 1433(a) of the SDWA requires community water systems serving more than 3,300 persons to: conduct a Vulnerability Assessment (VA); certify/submit a copy of the VA, prepare/revise an emergency response plan, and certify that the VA has been completed/updated. The City of Anchorage has not done this and will not have this done by the statutory deadline of March 31.
