Weichert Realtors was previously inspected in 1999 and NONs were issued to several agents in Jan 2000. In response to a tip/complaint from a tenant at 21 Oxford Street, we reinspected the Agency. Some disclosure was being done, but there were still discrepancies and there was no evidence of disclosure for the property at 21 Oxford Street.
