This is an AO pursuant to the Clean Water Act issued to LanMark Circuits. The violation involves the discharge of process wastewater to the municipal sewers without the self-monitoring required by 40 CFR 403.12 to determine compliance with the Federal metal finishing standards in 40 CFR 433.17. The Order requires LanMark Circuits to begin self-monitoring and serves as a template for an industrial users permit to be issued either by the municipality or the State.
