This is an AO pursuant to the Clean Water Act issued to Rippey Corporation. The violation involves the discharge of process wastewaters to the municipal sewers without the self-monitoring required in 40 CFR 403.12 to determine compliance with the Federal thermoplastic resins products standards in 40 CFR 414.111.
