VIOLATIONS: The Respondent's injection well facility was a point source discharge of pollutants, specifically brine, to the receiving waters of a tributary of Black Bear Creek, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 22 North, Range 2 East, Noble County, Oklahoma. The Discharge of brine was documented during an April 2, 2003, inspection.
