VIOLATIONS: The Respondent's tank battery facility was a 'point source discharge of pollutants , specifically brine, to the receiving waters of a tributary of Scholar Creek, located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 18 North, Range 8 East, Creek County, Oklahoma. The discharge of brine was documented during an March 7, 2003, inspection.
