This administrative order for compliance is issued to Pueblo West Metro District for failure to apply for coverage under the general permit, effective on 8/16/2002, for facilities in Colorado and Indian country that generate, treat, and/or use or dispose of sewage sludge by land application, landfill, and surface disposal.
