This administrative order for compliance is issued to the City of Alamosa for failure to apply for coverage under a general permit, effective on 78/16/2002, for facilities in Colorado and Indian country that generate, treat, and/or use or dispose of sewage sludge by land application, landfill, and surface disposal.
