## Summary

Argent Chemical Laboratories has had a long history of noncompliance dating back to 1988 when the President, Elliot Lieberman, was criminally convicted under the Federal Food Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) and the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). On February 25 and 26, 2003, while serving a warrant issued by the US District Court, EPA inspectors found documentation showing that Argent was and is selling a product called Benzalkonium Chloride in violation of FIFRA. This SSURO is a attempt to stop Argent from further distributing this pesticide product
