During an EPA inspection, an inspector uncovered documentation which showed that ST Services was selling and distributing misbranded pesticides and was not reporting all pesticides produced at their facility per year (the annual pesticide production report). The pesticides were misbranded in that the products beared an old EPA registration number and invalid EPA Establishment numbers. A total of 2 counts were charged to the Respondent.
