EPA issued a general permit, effective 8/16/2002, for facilities in Montana and Indian country which generate, treat, and/or use or dispose of sewage sludge by land application, landfill, and surface disposal. This administrative order for compliance is issued to the City of Lewistown for failure to apply for coverage under this general permit.
