This administrative order for compliance is issued to the Colorado Department of Corrections for a significant number of exceedances of their NPDES permit limits from 6/1/99 to present. These include Chemical Oxygen Demand, BOD, Chloride, Total Suspended Solids, Ammonia, Oil and Grease and pH.
