Silver Lake Maintenance Station and Prineville Maintenance Station each discharged petroleum waste fluids into waste disposal wells for surface drainage.

In addition to a penalty, ODOT will be placed on a schedule to perform the following Activities at the Silver Lake and Prineville Stations:
1) disconnect all automotive fluid UICs
2) register, obtain proper WPCF permits, complete management plans
3) plug all abandoned or discontinued automotive fluid
