Respondent was required to report submit a complete and correct Form R forfromic acid to the Administrator of EPA and to the State of New York by the above mentioned �Report Due� deadline for calendar year 1998. Respondent submitted the Form R for formic acid on October 7, 1999, the postmark date. The Form R for formic acid was 98 days late.
