A compliance evaluation inspection was conducted on February 10, 2003, at the Lakecrest Section 2, In Houston, TX, to determine compliance with the Storm Water Construction General Permit. There were several violations, including an incomplete Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and no documented or recorded summaries of inspections. An administrative order was drafted to address these violations.
