A compliance evaluation was conducted at the yorktown Estates in Houston, TX, on January 27, 2003, to determine compliance with the Storm Water Construction General Permit. There were several violations, including an incomplete Storm Water Pollutin Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and no documented or recorded summaries of inspection. An administrtive order was drafted to address these violations.
