A compliance inspection was conducted February 7, 2003, at the commercial construction site of an Eckerd Drug Store in Houston, TX, to evaluate compliance with the Storm Water Construction General Permit. It was determined that Trammell Crow Company did not have permit coverage for the 1.72 acre construction site, no Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for the site. An adminstration order was drafted to address these violation.
