5/21/03 - NOTICE OF DETERMINATION ISSUED. On February 10, 2003, Heckett disclosed to EPA that Heckett had failed to timely submit a Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) report for lead compounds to the EPA and the State of Alabama for calendar year 2001, as required by Section 313 of EPCRA. On February 10, 2003, Heckett submitted the report for reporting year 2001.
