This case involves violations of recordkeeping (failure to notify of asbestos abatment activity), as well as work practice violations of the asbestos NESHAP. During renovation of the Parker Ranch Resaurant respondents failed to notify of asbestos removal as well as keep asbestos containing material wet until collected for disposal.
