## Summary

Violations: The Respondent's tank battery facility was a point source discharge of pollutants, specifically brine, to the receiving waters of a tributary of Wildhorse Creek, located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 1, South, Range 5 West, Stephens County, OK. The discharge of brine was documented during a May 15, 2003, inspection.

RELIEF: The Order requires the Respondent to immediately cease all discharges from the facility to the tributary and to remediate soil contamination to revent additional storm water associated discharges to the tributary. Additionally, the ORder asks the Respondent to consider: (1) reconstructing the existing secondary containment; (2) installing a pump to remove standing fluid from the tank battery containment; and (3) repairing or replacing leaking equipment. A follow-up inspeciton will determne the extent of compliance with the Order.
