Respondent is the operator of offshore oil and gas exploration and production in the outer continental shelf of the western portion of the Gulf of Mexico (off of LA/TX coasts). EPA performed a multi-year review of permitting and monitoring reports from the Respondent and found paperwork, permitting, and effluent violations; for which the Respondent is being ordered to bring into compliance.
