Respondent is an Oil and Gas producer operating in the outter continental shelf of the western portion of the Gulf of Mexico (off of LA & TX). A file review was performed of Respondent's NPDES discharge permit and found to have several administrative problems including failure to properly report Discharge Monitoring Reports and No Discharge Listings. Respondent is being Ordered to fix these paperwork problems and prevent them from happening in the future.
