Respondent is an offshore oil and gas production company operating platforms in the outer continental shelf of the western portion of the Gulf of Mexico (offshore of LA/TX). An NPDES review was done of Respondent's NPDES discharge file and Respondent was found to have failed to properly report some information and that some of their discharges were in violation of their NPDES permit.
