This is an Administrative Order on Consent (De Minimis Settlement). Respondent arranged for disposal or treatment, or arranged with a transporter for transport for disposal or treatment, of a hazardous substance owned or possessed by Respondent. The amount of hazardous substances contributed to the Site by Respondent does not exceed 1% of the hazardous substances at the Site.
