An Administrative Civil Penalty was assessed in the amount of $5,500 for failing to perform a 3-year reinspection of the schools that contain asbestos materials. This inspection should have been performed in 2001. The violaion was 40 CFR 763.85(b)(1). The school has until Septemter 1, 2003 to come into compliance with the Asbestos-in-Schools Rule.
