Violations: 1. Respondent, RBE Investment Corporation failed to keep the SWPPP current from April 20, 2002 to September 3, 2002. 2. Failed to include a site map indicating structural and non-structural controls in the SWPPP. 3. Failed to provide a list of planned BMP's and the technical basis for their selection in the SWPPP. 4. Respondent, Trinity Custom Homes, did not obtain NPDES permit coverage for its storm water discharges until September 3, 2002.
