Violations: 1. A permit notice was not posted at the entrance of the construction, and the SWPPP was not signed and dated. 2. The plan did not include a general location map showing a description of discharge locations of storm water from the site. 3. The site map did not indicate the locations of all control measures to be implemented, permanent stabilization practices, and surface water and storm water discharge locations. 4. The SWPPP did not contain information on listed endangered or threatened species, or critical habitat. 5. The general timing (sequence) during the construction process that control measures (i.e., Best Management Practices (BMPs)) will be implemented is not described in the SWPPP, and BMPs are not being implemented. 6. Inspection forms were included in the SWPPP, but no site inspections had been completed.
