This is a Civil Judicial conclusion pursuant to RCRA against National Petroleum Marketing, Inc., Sunshine Western, Inc., Sunwest Express, Inc., Navajo Trails, Inc., Robert D. Brown and John B Knight, Jr.. The violations involved failure to conduct corrosion protection tests, failure to report and investigate suspected releases, failure to properly conduct leak detection on tanks and piping and failure to respond to an information request. The Respondents paid $55,000 in penalties.
