VIOLATIONS: The Respondent's flow line failure was a point source dischare of pollutants, specifically brine, to the receiving waters of a tributary of Eagle Creek, located in Section 4, Township 21 North, Range 10 East, Osage County, Oklahomea. The discharge occurred on March 13, 2003, and the Respondent provided details regarding the discharge in a June 16, 2003 response to a 308 Information Request.
RELIEF: The Order requires the Respondent to ommediately cease all discharges from the facility to the tributary. Additionally, the Order asks the Respondent to remediate and restore the contaminated area surrounding the flow line failure to prevent additional contaminated storm water runoff from the site.
